Twilight Velvet is a female that appears in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She first appears in The Cutie Mark Chronicles.
History[]
Twilight Velvet was first seen in Twilight's flashback in The Cutie Mark Chronicles. She can be seen attending her daughter to the School for Gifted Unicorns. She is turned into an agave after her daughter loses control of her magic, but Twilight Velvet returns to normal when Princess Celestia calms her daughter down. Twilight Velvet later appeared in A Canterlot Wedding. In a brief moment, she is seen crying into tears of pride over her son getting wed. Twilight Velvet makes a similar appearance in Magical Mystery Cure. Twilight Velvet appears in Equestria Games in the crowd in the stadium. Twilight Velvet appears in The Crystalling visiting Flurry Heart. Instead of appearing as a background pony as it was in the earlier appearances of the series, Twilight Velvet has spoken dialogue lines, and her magic aura is different.
